Information about FamilyPlanner and FamilyPlanner Sabueso

FamilyPlanner is privately operated for personal and household calendar coordination. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact okidit@gmail.com.
With the account holder’s authorization, FamilyPlanner accesses Google Calendar information such as calendar identifiers, event titles, descriptions, locations, dates, times, attendees, response statuses and availability, where available and needed for its features.
The application stores local configuration, planning records, synchronization state, event references and operational records. It may receive event proposals and supporting source information from the privately operated FamilyPlanner Sabueso service. Authentication credentials and authorization tokens are stored separately from this public website.
Information is used to display and coordinate household plans, check availability, synchronize authorized sources, create or update authorized calendar events, process cancellations and diagnose operational problems. Calendar operations may affect shared calendars and their participants according to the calendar’s permissions and notification settings.
Google data is not sold or used for advertising. It is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Access is limited to the operator, authorized household users and the services needed to provide these features. Google processes information through its Calendar services. Information placed in shared calendars can be visible to people with access to those calendars. Operational access by the operator is limited to providing support, maintaining the service and resolving issues as permitted by applicable Google policies.
Application data is kept on privately administered infrastructure. Active records are retained as needed for household planning and operation, until removed through application maintenance or a deletion request. Backups may retain earlier copies until they expire under the backup rotation in effect. Removing an active record does not necessarily remove it immediately from existing backups; the operator can explain the applicable schedule when handling a request.
No Google account data or application credentials are intentionally published on this website. The website is hosted by GitHub Pages; its hosting provider may process technical request information under its own privacy statement.
You can revoke FamilyPlanner’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself delete previously stored local data or events already written to Google Calendar. Contact the operator to request removal of local data and discuss any calendar changes separately.
FamilyPlanner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
