Information about FamilyPlanner and FamilyPlanner Sabueso

FamilyPlanner Sabueso is privately operated to turn authorized email information into proposed household calendar events. Contact: okidit@gmail.com.
With the account holder’s authorization, Sabueso uses read-only Gmail access to retrieve messages and relevant attachments selected by configured processing rules. The granted Gmail permission can cover reading the mailbox; application-level selection rules are not a Google-enforced restriction to particular senders.
Processed information can include sender and recipient addresses, subjects, message bodies, dates, attachments and identifiers. Local records may include downloaded messages and attachments, extraction results, event proposals, supporting evidence, processing reports, delivery state and archives. Authorization tokens are stored on privately administered infrastructure, not on this public website.
Sabueso processes this information to identify possible events and deliver relevant proposals and supporting information to the private FamilyPlanner service. Extraction may use locally hosted AI models. Google-derived data is not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models. The described configuration does not send message content to an external hosted AI provider.
Sabueso does not send email or modify or delete Gmail messages. FamilyPlanner handles calendar operations separately. Information incorporated into shared calendar events can become visible to people with access to those calendars.
Information is used for the described household planning features and their operation. It is not sold or used for advertising. Access is limited to the operator, authorized users and the services needed for these features, including Google and the private FamilyPlanner service. Operator access for support and troubleshooting is limited as required by applicable Google policies.
Local messages, attachments, results and operational records remain until removed through maintenance or an applicable deletion request. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Backup copies, where present, may remain until their scheduled expiration. Contact the operator for the current retention schedule or to request deletion.
Revoking Sabueso’s access in your Google Account stops future authorized Gmail access but does not delete previously downloaded copies, proposals already delivered to FamilyPlanner or resulting calendar events. A deletion request should identify whether it concerns Sabueso, FamilyPlanner or both.
This information website is hosted by GitHub Pages. It does not intentionally publish email content, attachments or application credentials. GitHub may process technical website request information under its own privacy statement.
FamilyPlanner Sabueso’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
